Service level: real-time data systems
The Irish Sea Observatory is primarily a scientific research project within the National Oceanography Centre,
and is NOT funded to run as a 24/7 operational system.
When we identify problems with the real-time
data feeds or model forecasts we will try to fix them as soon as possible within working hours 08:45 - 17:00
Monday to Friday.
Outside these hours, weekends and
public holiday periods we will try our best to fix problems.
